Teaching music to me is all about helping ignite a musicians’ excitement to discover. When students come to work with me my goal is to find out what makes them want to fall in love with music and then nurture that passion into something that will keep them truly engaged.  I teach from the inside out and how music is meant to be in-Joyed (enjoyed).  Fundamentals and technique are an integral part of the development and are cracked open from an angle of giving each student the right tools so they may simply unlock their own creative voice.
